Sessions are held at my new studio in Old Colorado City. The address is 2524 W Colorado Avenue, Suite 205. It is easiest to access the studio from the back of the building (you will have more parking options and fewer stairs to climb).
Paid parking is available behind the building using either the kiosks or ParkMobile.

As a professional Licensed Massage Therapist with a background in health, wellness and nursing, I provide sessions tailored to each unique encounter. I will work with you to create the therapeutic experience you need, whether to relax or to hone in on specific areas that need your attention.
I specialize in barefoot deep tissue massage. This form of massage uses my (very clean) feet as the tools to apply deep, broad pressure to achy muscles (typically using one foot at a time). If you've never had a barefoot massage, ask me about it and I'll walk you through what to expect.

My name is Lisa and I am a Registered Nurse of 10 years and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) of 4 years experience. I'm passionate about helping people learn to relax, rest, and recover from the stress of everyday life, work, and activities.
I value massage therapy and get regular sessions myself in order to continue to grow my practice.
I am always learning and improving through continuing education courses and reading. I have advanced training in barefoot massage.
